Books are sold at the prices indicated, with postage costs as below depending on where you are and how many books you buy.
Whilst every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of information on this website, the publisher reserves the right to change any specification without notice. As such, all photographs are as a guide only, and may not necessarily represent the product on offer.
All items are subject to availability. All prices are subject to fluctuation without notice. However prices agreed at time of purchase will not change in final billing.
Any sizes, capacities and dimensions quoted are approximate and for guidance only. All customer details are kept in strict confidence and comply with the Data Protection Act 1998. Any questions or queries regarding the product must be asked prior to ordering.
Our postage charges are:
UK
1 book £3.50 per book
with an extra £1 for each subsequent book
Europe
1 book £5 per book
with an extra £1.50 for each subsequent book
Rest of World
1 book £7.50 per book
with an extra £2.50 for each subsequent book
Delivery times
UK orders, all orders will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. Please note that our warehouse does not process orders on a Saturday or Sunday.
Orders to Europe will normally arrive within 3-5 working days from the time of despatch.
Orders to the rest of the world will generally take 7-10 days (USA and Canada), possibly longer for other areas.
These timings are for guidance only as your order is in the hands of the postal system. Once despatched, Whittles Publishing cannot be held responsible for delays beyond our control.
Our guarantee
If you are not happy with the book, please return it in perfect condition and we will immediately replace it in the case of a production fault or refund the purchase price (including postage) if this is what you prefer.

Cards accepted
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro. Your shopping on this website is secure and we are certified as a secure site. All transactions take place on a secure server.
VAT
There is no VAT on book purchases made within the UK. However VAT is chargeable on all pdf downloads, CDs and e-books. Prices on the website include VAT where applicable.
Unwanted Goods
In accordance with the European Directive on distance selling, and the UK Consumer Protection (Distance Selling Act) Regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods, day one being the day after you receive the goods. You will have to pay the cost of returning the goods to us, all other monies will be returned within 30 days of the date of cancellation, on the understanding that the goods are returned in the condition in which they are received.
If the goods have not been received within that time, the regulations allow us to deduct what it would cost us to retrieve the goods from you, the consumer.
However, we will not accept back goods that have been used.
