Dr Kevin Y.L Tan is one of Singapore's leading public law scholars and legal historians. His publications include Constitutional Law in Malaysia and Singapore (with Thio Li-ann); Managing Political Change in Singapore (with Lam Peng Er); Scouting in Singapore: 1910-2000 (with Wan Meng Hao); and Essays in Singapore Lagal History.
